A spirit of excellence and a culture of caring
Even though our industry has changed a lot in the last 50 years, one thing remains the same: we’re in the people business. Our business will continue to be based on the trusted relationships we build with our customers, our carrier partners, our colleagues, and our neighbors.
Experience and Knowledge
We have a confession: we’re self-professed insurance nerds. We love insurance and risk management because we love learning. The evolution of business and technology means more complex and exciting problems for us to solve. We have colleagues who have worked in our industry for 40+ years and some who are just getting their start. We encourage, teach, and learn from each other.
Growing is Fun
Our team is like a family. We have fun, experience life, and push forward–together. We take pride in providing meaningful professional opportunities for our colleagues. We provide competitive benefits, parental leave, continuing education incentives, and wellness opportunities. If you want to grow personally and professionally, come work with us.
About Morristown and the Lakeway Area
In the mountains, between the lakes
We are blessed to call beautiful East Tennessee our home. Morristown is located approximately halfway between Knoxville and the Tri-Cities. Many of our colleagues live in the Lakeway Area which describes the 6-county area around Morristown. Our office is centrally located and makes for an easy commute.
Affordable, easy living
Are you tired of paying too much for rent? How’s that 2-hour commute working out for you? We’re sorry—truly. We’re late to work if a train comes through town or we get stuck behind a tractor. If you move to East Tennessee, you’ll have space, affordable housing options, easy commutes, and peace of mind.
Morristown has many community amenities such as Panther Creek State Park, two community theatre companies, and more. It is also one hour from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, less than two hours from Asheville, less than three hours from Chattanooga, and less than four hours from Lexington, Charlotte, and Nashville.
