This is the time of year to pause and reflect on the things for which we are most thankful. If you made a list today of what you’re thankful for, chances are your family would be at the top of your list.
Why are we thankful for our families? The people and traditions that surrounded us as we grew up made us who we are today. When you smell pumpkin pie over the holidays, does it make you think of your childhood kitchen? When baking with your children, do you let your kids lick the batter from the spoon because that’s what your mom let you do?
