Strate Insurance Group is excited to announce Kevin Wisecarver is joining the Business Insurance team as a Business Insurance Sales Agent. Wisecarver will focus on farm and agribusiness insurance sales.

He is a very knowledgeable and professional insurance agent, bringing over 10 years’ experience with him,” said Tom Strate, President. “The agriculture market segment offers tremendous variety from the family farm, to farm-to-table products, to agriculture products processing. Kevin is very experienced in this area and is the market leader for this segment of our business. This also supports our strategy to expand our operations into greater east Tennessee.”
Wisecarver is an East Tennessee native and grew up on a farm in the McDonald community of western Greene County. He comes to Strate Insurance Group after jointly owning a small business called Above and Beyond Quality Structures. Wisecarver previously worked for the Farm Bureau for 10 years and is happy to be back in the insurance business.

I have always been impressed with their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail,” said Wisecarver. “When I decided to get back into the insurance business, Strate Insurance Group was the first company that I contacted. I am so thankful to be able to be a part of such a reputable insurance agency and I look forward to helping customers with their insurance needs.”
Wisecarver graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is the pastor at Persia Baptist Church in Rogersville and is the founder and president of the McDonald Mission Center.
Wisecarver lives in Greene County with his wife, Jennifer, and three children, Lydia, Samuel, and Benjamin.
Strate Insurance Group is implementing a strategic plan to expand its sales force to offer the best insurance and risk management solutions to its clients. Wisecarver is the fourth business insurance sales team addition in 2018. Andy Smith, Rebecca Leach and Katherine Smith also joined the team this year.
“Risk management and insurance coverage advice is extremely important to all of our customers and future customers. I am very confident in the sales and consultation team that we have assembled,” said Strate.
