On February 27, 2020 our very own Rebecca Leach was named Young Agent of the Month by the Insurors of Tennessee!
This award is given to young insurance agents who are high performers, successful, and love what they do. We may be biased, but Rebecca is a prime example of this!
Rebecca started her career in insurance working as a commercial lines underwriter for The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. She then came to Strate Insurance Group as a Customer Success Manager and transitioned into a Business Development role last year.
Rebecca specializes in the craft beverage industry which encompasses breweries, distilleries, or any other supporting business of that industry. She also loves “nerding out” on construction ant telecommunications accounts. She takes a risk management approach to working with her clients by understanding their exposures, risks, causes, and then recommending an insurance solution.
Rebecca is detailed, thorough, asks great questions, and really seeks to understand her clients’ businesses. This award is well-deserved, and we are so proud of her. Cheers to her continued success!
