For the last few years, Strate Insurance Group has been a proud sponsor of the ALPS Adult Day Services fundraiser walk. This year was no exception!
According to its website, ALPS is a non-profit, comprehensive health program designed to meet the needs of adults with cognitive and/or physical impairments. The program provides a safe and structured therapeutic environment. The facility is specifically designed to allow the maximum level of freedom while ensuring a safe and treatment-focused program.
Every year, ALPS hosts a fundraiser walk and asks local businesses to participate and sponsor the event. These businesses also help find people to sign-up and help fundraise.
Our Director of First Impressions, Gloria, was our team captain this year and helped coordinate fundraising around the office. We hosted “jeans day” every Friday in July, had home-cooked meals available for a donation, and had bake sales — with all proceeds going to ALPS.
On Saturday, July 27, some members of our team participated in the walk around Morristown.
Strate Insurance Group is so proud to support our community and other local businesses. We plan to partner with ALPS for many years to come and encourage other local establishments to do the same!
