Business Insurance Customer Success Manager
Carmen joined the SIG team in 2021. She serves most of our small business customers and enjoys helping them solve unique business problems. Carmen previously worked for the Cincinnati Insurance Company in their service center where she had a dual role as an underwriter and an agent. She lives in Cincinnati with her family and enjoys crafting and cheering on her kids’ events in her spare time.
